It’s come to this. We have to sit on our (washed) hands for three weeks.
Even though Integrow Health is a 21st century tech marvel of online shopping and self-quarantined work-from-home employees, we are also affected by the lockdown announcement.
For one, we don’t know if couriers will be allowed to operate normally. The president failed to provide for this in his speech. While we are waiting for clarity, we’ve decided to shut our online doors tomorrow, Wednesday, 25 March, at 12.00.
This self-imposed lockdown will give us some time to get the last shipments out the front door before the lockdown bites Thursday evening.
The shop will remain closed until further notice. As soon as we know the limits imposed on couriers, we will notify you.
Due to a fair amount of panic buying, we’ve also run out of stock, as have our suppliers. We will use the downtime to replenish the empty digital shelves and to sanitise our shop. No viruses welcome!

Please do not place telephonic orders. If you cannot place an online order, reply to this email to tell us what you want. We will do our best to serve everyone before our deadline of 12.00 tomorrow strikes. In cases where stock runs out, online orders will get preference over emailed orders.
If something you ordered is out of stock (Vitamin C comes to mind), please email us your banking details, that we may refund you. We cannot guarantee when we will get stock again. Refunds will only be paid out next week, when the mad rush is over. If you are happy to leave the credit on your online account towards your next order, just email us to let us know. That will make our job easier and allow us to serve more people quicker.

We’ve put a stock counter on the bottles of Phaphama we have in store. In other words, if the shop accepts your order, it means we still have stock.
