Dr Frank Muller (“Doc Frank”), the founder and CEO of Integrow Health, is a medical doctor and pharmacologist with wide-ranging knowledge of the wellness industry. How do I place an order?

Simply search our store for the product you are looking for, or browse our categories by condition to find what you need. Click on the product name and you'll be directed to the product page,. You'll see the option to 'add to cart'. Adjust the quantity to the required amount, and click 'Add to Cart'. If you need any other products, click on 'Continue Shopping' and search again. Once you are ready to checkout, click on your cart and select 'Continue to Checkout'. Follow the steps and complete your order!

How do I get the discounts?

Whenever we have promotions running, applicable discounts/free items will be automatically added to your cart after you have added the applicable item to your cart.
If it's a buy one get one free promotion, simply add one of the items to your cart, and another will magically appear, with R0.00 as the price! (If the promotion is not limited, you can add as many as you like, and the system will give you as many, free!)

How much does shipping cost?

Economy shipping: 3-4 days is R69 for parcels under 2kg (Most parcels are under 2kg)

Express shipping: 1-2 days is R149 for parcels under 2kg.

Where are your Banking Details?

Our banking details are displayed in the bottom line of your invoice that is generated once you've placed an order, if you selected to pay by EFT.
This invoice is automatically sent to the email address that you entered upon ordering.

How long will it take to receive my parcel?

We have a number of shipping options, with Express Shipping being the fastest: 1-2 business days.
Economy shipping will take 2-3 business days.
Postnet to Postnet takes 2-3 business days.
Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code.

When is Green Week?

Our famous Green Week Sale runs from the 21st of November till November 25th.
