2.1. The Website is intended for lawful purposes by individuals seeking to browse and purchase Products.

3. Product Orders and Availability
3.1. Placing an Order: When you place an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the Products selected, subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Integrow Health.
3.2. Confirmation of Order: Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it.
3.3. Acceptance of Order: A contract between you and Integrow Health for the purchase of Products will only be formed when we send you an email confirming that the Products have been dispatched.
3.4. Product Information: We endeavour to ensure that all descriptions, images, and prices of Products appearing on the Website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of any Product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Pricing: All prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be added to the total amount due during the checkout process.
4.2. Pricing Errors: In the event of a manifest error in the pricing of any Product on our Website, Integrow Health reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
4.3. Payment Methods: We accept payment via secure credit card transactions (Visa, MasterCard) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Payment must be received in full before Products are dispatched.
4.4. Payment Security: We utilise secure payment gateways to process all online transactions. Integrow Health does not store your full credit card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Delivery Area: We deliver Products to addresses within the Republic of South Africa.
5.2. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Integrow Health will use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to delays in delivery.
5.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Products purchased from Integrow Health pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. While we select reputable couriers, Integrow Health’s responsibility for goods ceases upon handover to the courier service. We are not liable for any loss or damage to goods occurring during transit.
5.4. Inspection upon Delivery: You must inspect the Products immediately upon receipt. Should your order arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify Integrow Health within [X, e.g., 24-48] hours of delivery. Failure to do so may affect your rights to a return or refund.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
6.1. Your Right to Return (Cooling-off Period – ECTA): In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”), you may cancel an order and return Products without reason and without penalty within 7 days after the date of receipt of the Products.
To exercise this right, you must notify Integrow Health in writing (e.g., email) within the 7-day period.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the Products.
The Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in a condition that allows for their resale.
Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned Products, Integrow Health will refund the purchase price, minus any direct costs incurred by us in relation to the return, within 30 days.
6.2. Defective Products (CPA): In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”), if a Product is found to be defective within 6 months of delivery, you may return the Product at Integrow Health’s risk and expense. Integrow Health may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product, or refund the purchase price.
A Product is not defective if it is merely unsuitable for the purpose for which it was bought or you have used it incorrectly.
Notification of defective Products must be made to Integrow Health as soon as reasonably possible after discovery of the defect.
6.3. General Returns: Beyond the ECTA cooling-off period and cases of defective products, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is:
Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
In a resalable condition.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products.
Refunds will be processed within [X, e.g., 7-14] business days upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned item.
6.4. Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain Products may not be returnable once opened or used, unless defective. This will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.
