It took 2 months of experimenting with the dosage, but I definitely started to feel better using this product. It helped a lot with my chronic fatigue and reduced inflammation in my body. Low dose Naltrexone is without exaggeration been a lifesaver. I have a still undiagnosed energy limiting illness. I have lived with chronic fatigue for about 10 years and in recent years developed post exertional malaise. As a consequence of this I have deconditioned. LDN has amazed me. I felt a change from week one. I felt cognitively clearer, I was able to sit up for much longer. I found myself standing around, just wasting energy, like I had stores. lol That’s when I knew it was the LDN. I started with 1 mg for 3 weeks then went up to 2mg for 3 weeks and am now on 3mg.
