1.1. All orders placed on the Website are subject to product availability. While we endeavour to maintain accurate stock levels, there may be instances where a product ordered is out of stock.

1.2. In the event that a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be offered the option to wait for the product to become available, choose an alternative product of equivalent value, or receive a full refund for the unavailable item(s). Refunds will be processed promptly.

2. Shipping Destinations

2.1. Integrow Health currently ships to valid physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa.

2.2. We regret that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO).

3. Shipping Options

3.1. We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs, which may include:
Standard/Economy Delivery: Delivery to your nominated physical address.
Express Delivery: Expedited delivery to your nominated physical address.
PostNet to PostNet: Collection from a designated PostNet counter.

3.2. The available shipping options and their associated costs will be presented to you during the checkout process.

4.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination of your order, and the selected shipping method.

4.2. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

5.1. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
Standard/Economy Delivery (Main Cities): Typically 3-5 business days.
Standard/Economy Delivery (Outlying/Remote Areas): Typically 4-6 business days.

5.2. Business Days: Please note that delivery estimates refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5.3. Integrow Health will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframes but does not guarantee delivery dates. We are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, national events, courier delays, load shedding).

6. Order Tracking

6.1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your parcel’s progress through our courier’s tracking system.

7. International Shipping

7.1. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly at sales@integrow.co.za. We will assess the feasibility and provide a quotation for shipping costs.

7.2. Customs Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. We advise you to contact your local customs office for information regarding potential charges before placing an international order.

7.3. Integrow Health is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

8. Shipping Limitations and Surcharges

8.1. Weight and Volume Restrictions: Certain products or order combinations exceeding specific weight or volume thresholds may not be eligible for all shipping methods (e.g., Express Delivery). If your order falls into this category, we will endeavour to contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping method and apply any necessary credits or refunds for differential shipping costs.

8.2. Liquid Products: Orders containing significant quantities of liquid products may also be subject to shipping restrictions or require specific handling, potentially affecting available shipping methods.

9. Lost or Damaged Goods

9.1. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products purchased from Integrow Health pass to you upon our delivery to the designated courier service.

9.2. Inspection upon Delivery: You are required to inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt.

9.3. Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please make a note of the damage on the courier’s waybill, if possible, and take photographs of the damage before opening.
