Highly recommended! My husband was having iron infusions every month due to extremely low iron levels. A month after starting this tonic his iron levels were high enough that he didn't need an infusion and he's now been on the tonic for 4 months and is feeling so much better.

- Nicotinamide (B3): 4 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6): 1 mg
- Thiamine Mononitrate (B1): 0.65 mg
- Vitamin B12 (Crystalline): 1.5 µg
