Directions: Adults & children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule twice daily before eating, or as directed by your health professional. Children under 12 years: Take half the adult dose or as directed by your wellness provider.
Safety: Rarely, ALA may cause a mild skin rash. Use with caution if you are taking thyroid medication. Diabetes: Beware of the glucose-lowering effects of ALA. Safety in pregnancy and breastfeeding not established. Avoid if allergic to any of the ingredients. No interaction with warfarin.
