Dosage:

Safety:

• A dose-ranging study in mice found that up to 50 mg/kg (equivalent to approximately 3,500 mg in an adult human) was well tolerated. This is significantly higher than the recommended daily dose of 400 - 1600 mg.
• Side Effects: A mild headache may occur initially but typically resolves within a few days. High doses over prolonged periods could affect liver enzymes.
