An excellent product - noted a consistent increased baseline energy level after taking supplement for about a month; (might have taken this long due to my age 🙂 )sleeping better as well. After two months of daily use can testify that with eating moderately, but not cutting out all sugars, I have been able to slowly but surely get rid of some excess weight - noted an increase in hunger pangs, which just must be handled wisely. My husband also noted better levels of concentration with regular use.
