Directions: Adults and children over 10 years: Take 1 capsule daily in the morning with food, or as directed by your health professional. For specific health indications (such as dementia, neuropathy, depression, diabetes, ADHD): Take 2-3 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses. Children under 10 years: Consult your healthcare professional.
