- Thanks for shopping with us! We’re excited to get your goodies on their way. But first, a quick note: all orders depend on whether we’ve got the stuff in stock. If something’s out of stock and our system missed it, we’ll let you know ASAP and refund you faster than you can say “where’s my order?”.
- Where We Ship
- We ship to most regions in South Africa but sadly, we can’t send your package to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
You can choose from several options to suit your needs: Economy and Express to your doorstep, or Posnet to Postnet if you’re not available at a specific address all the time.
- Shipping Costs? No Surprises!
- We keep it simple—shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on what you’ve ordered and how you want it shipped. No hidden fees, promise!
- When Will It Arrive?
- We’ll give you a delivery estimate at checkout—think of it as a friendly heads-up. Economy shipping usually takes 3-5 business days if you’re in a main city, and 4-6 business days if you’re somewhere super remote..
- Keep in mind that life happens—sometimes deliveries take a bit longer because of things like crazy weather or unexpected load shedding.
- Public holidays and weekends don’t count! This means that if you order on a Friday, you will receive your parcel on Monday, even if you select ‘Express Shipping’ at checkout. And if Monday is a public holiday, you’ll only receive it on Tuesday (Yikes!)
- Track That Package!
- Once we’ve packed your order with love and sent it off, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package’s journey, because who doesn’t love watching their order move closer?
- Going Global
- If you’re overseas, give us a shout at sales@integrow.co.za, and we’ll set your parcel up with a sweet ride! (The cost to ship abroad usually ranges between R600-R1000 depending on the size of the parcel and the shipping destination.)
- Just a heads-up—your package might be subject to some extra fees or taxes when it arrives. These are on you, so check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
- Every country’s a little different, so if you’re ordering from abroad, make sure to check out your country’s import rules.
- Oops! Shipping Delays
- Sometimes, despite our best efforts, things take longer than expected (looking at you, Eskom!). If there’s a big delay, we’ll keep you in the loop and work together to find the best solution.
- Lost or Damaged Goods
- We pack our orders like they’re going on a first date, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your package goes missing or shows up damaged, let us know right away. We’ll sort it out—whether that means sending you a replacement or giving you a refund. Just make sure to report it within 7 days of when it was supposed to arrive.
- A note on Express Shipments:
- If your order is over 2kg’s, or contains too much liquids, we cannot ship it via Express Shipping. In the event that we cannot reach you before we send the parcel, we reserve the right to ship your parcel via Economy, and credit or refund you the extra costs. We will always try and contact you before we make any decisions!

- We might update these shipping terms now and then. If we do, we’ll post the new info here. It’s a good idea to check back every once in a while so you’re always in the know.
