Uses: FIRE Power Basic gets your metabolism back on track with key nutrients in the right amounts, all in one place. Specifically formulated to promote alkalinity and fat-burning, especially in the liver.

Directions: Adults and children over 10 years: Mix 1 scoop (10g) into a glass of water (250ml). Vary the water volume according to taste. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, except on advice of your health practitioner.

Have been taking this since Sept following a very nasty chest infection. For someone who struggles to swallow pills this is great as it seems to have a good balance of vitamins etc.
