Precision Immune & Pain Support

sub-lingual dosing for inflammation, immune balance & wellness

Low dose naltrexone

Overview: Product Description

Our Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Spray is designed for targeted, convenient support of immune regulation, chronic pain relief, inflammation control, sleep and mood – all in a smart sub-lingual format. In a world where so many people struggle with unresolved pain, autoimmune stress, persistent fatigue or dysregulated sleep and mood, this unique formulation offers a low-dose pathway to help your body recalibrate. Delivered as a spray under the tongue, LDN at low microgram/milligram levels bypasses much of first-pass liver metabolism, allowing for gentler, more predictable absorption – making it ideal for long-term wellness, chronic conditions and maintenance support.

Why LDN?

Many people today experience chronic pain, persistent inflammation, autoimmune challenges, disrupted sleep/mood and immune imbalance. Conventional high-dose treatments may carry side-effects, and standard opioid antagonists or immunomodulators are not always suitable for long-term wellness. The research literature shows that low-dose naltrexone (LDN) can act differently to higher-dose therapy – modulating microglial activation, immune signalling and inflammation pathways rather than simply blocking opioid receptors. At Integrow Health we recognised the gap: a precision, well-absorbed sub-lingual format that allows lower doses with better bioavailability and fewer side-effects, providing the foundation for better chronic-support strategies.

"In tiny doses, Naltrexone boosts the production of endorphins in the brain."

Benefits

  • Supports immune modulation and helps restore immune balance in chronic conditions.
  • Relieves persistent pain, particularly where inflammation or central sensitisation are involved.
  • Addresses low-grade neuro-inflammation by inhibiting microglial activation in the central nervous system.
  • Promotes improved sleep, better mood stability and overall wellness thanks to modulation of endorphin/endorphin-like pathways.
  • Convenient oral-spray format allows for precise dosing, excellent absorption, and bypasses much of liver metabolism (tablet losses) – aligning with modern wellness lifestyles.

More Advantages

  • Affordable and accessible compared to many long-term prescription alternatives.
  • Well absorbed via sub-lingual spray: estimated >80% absorption compared with high first-pass loss in oral tablets.
  • Flexible dosing options: Plain, Peppermint flavour, Very Low dose, Ultra Low dose – meaning we can tailor to your sensitivity, condition and response.
  • Low side-effect profile compared with high-dose antagonists and many immunomodulatory drugs, making it suitable for ongoing use and wellness maintenance.
  • Shelf-stable, compact spray bottle (9 ml) fits easily into daily routines meaning no large pills, no injections, no complex administration.

Supplement Profile

  • Naltrexone (Low Dose / Very Low Dose / Ultra Low Dose): The primary active. At low doses, naltrexone acts as a non-selective opioid receptor antagonist (µ, κ, δ) but more importantly in this context: modulates microglial (central nervous system immune) activation, toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) pathways, and the opioid growth factor–opioid growth factor receptor (OGF-OGFr) axis.
  • Serving Size: 1 spray under the tongue (approximate; dosage depends on variant)
  • Servings per Container: ~60 sprays per 9 ml bottle (varies slightly by variant)
  • Format: Oral sub-lingual spray, 9 ml refill bottle
  • Packaging: 9 ml plastic spray bottle (shrink-wrapped), shelf-ready
  • Active Ingredient per Serving (approximate):
    • LDN (Standard strength) – most common variant:  refer label
    • VLDN (Very Low Dose) – 200 µg (0.2 mg) of naltrexone per spray.
  • Purified water
  • Flavour (peppermint)
  • Present: None reported
  • Not Present: Gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, shellfish
  • Keto: Yes
  • Dairy: No
  • Fish: No
  • Pork: No
  • Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Consult your healthcare professional before use. There is limited published safety data for low‐dose naltrexone in pregnancy or lactation.
  • Age restrictions: Not intended for children unless prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner.
  • As naltrexone is an opioid‐receptor antagonist, it may precipitate withdrawal in individuals actively using opioids.
  • Use caution if you have severe liver dysfunction (naltrexone in higher doses is hepatically metabolised—though low dose may mitigate risk).
  • Potential interactions with opioid analgesics (may reduce their effect) – always consult your doctor.
  • Side Effects: At low doses the side-effect profile is relatively mild, but may include sleep disturbance (especially if taken late), vivid dreams, fatigue or dizziness.
  • Store in a cool, dry place below 25 °C.
  • Protect from direct sunlight and heat.
  • Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Some variants (e.g., Very Low Dose) are recommended to be refrigerated for best stability, though room temperature storage is acceptable for short term.

Directions

  • For the VLDN version (Very Low Dose) – each spray delivers 200 µg (0.2 mg) of naltrexone, approximately 60 sprays per bottle.
  • For standard LDN Spray – dosage may vary; follow label instructions.
  • Timing: Many users take the spray at bedtime between 18:00-22:00, to align with endorphin modulation and to avoid potential insomnia if taken later.
  • How to take: Spray under the tongue (or inside the cheek), hold for 30-60 seconds without swallowing immediately, then swallow. Do not eat, drink or brush teeth immediately before or after use to maximise absorption.
  • Initial adjustment period: For first 3 days some users begin before noon to test tolerance (especially with VLDN). From Day 4 onward, evening dosing is recommended for sleep/mood alignment.
  • Note: Do not exceed the recommended number of sprays unless instructed by your practitioner. Monitor your response, adjust timing if sleep disturbance occurs.

How it works

Low-Dose Naltrexone operates via several complementary mechanisms:
  • Microglial modulation & TLR4 antagonism: At low doses, naltrexone antagonises Toll-Like Receptor 4 (TLR4) on microglial cells in the central nervous system, reducing neuro-inflammation, central sensitisation and chronic pain signalling.

  • Transient opioid-receptor blockade → endogenous endorphin rebound: By briefly blocking µ-opioid receptors, the body responds by increasing production of endogenous opioids (endorphins and enkephalins), which support mood, natural pain relief and immune balance.

  • OGF-OGFr axis modulation (in some uses): Low-dose naltrexone may inhibit the opioid growth factor–opioid growth factor receptor axis, which influences cell proliferation, immune signalling and may have applications in auto-immune and oncologic support.

  • Improved absorption via sub-lingual spray: The Integrow formulation bypasses much first-pass hepatic metabolism (tablet naltrexone can lose >80% in liver). The spray format supports faster entry, more predictable blood levels and fewer metabolites that may cause side-effects.

  • Enhances Neurogenesis: Encourages new neuron formation in brain regions linked to memory and cognition.

Together, these mechanisms mean the formulation acts not simply as a passive blocker, but as a modulator of immune/inflammatory/endorphin systems – aligning with chronic-support and wellness orientation rather than acute high‐dose antagonism.

Who will benefit?

LDN is ideal for:

  • Individuals experiencing persistent or unexplained chronic pain, fibromyalgia, central sensitisation and inflammatory pain syndromes.

  • People with auto-immune conditions, low-grade inflammation, immune balance challenges or those interested in immune-resilience support.

  • Anyone who struggles with sleep disturbance, mood swings or headaches and wants a gentle modulator rather than heavy pharmaceutical therapy.

  • Those recovering from neurological stress or head injury

  • Wellness-oriented users who prefer non-pill, convenient formats (spray) and want a long-term support strategy rather than a short-term fix.

  • Adults (18+) seeking to optimise overall immune function, inflammation balance and holistic wellbeing.

What Makes LDN different?

🌿 Tailored dosing formats: Choose from Standard LDN, Very Low Dose (VLDN) or Ultra Low Dose (ULDN) – in Plain or Peppermint flavour – so every individual can find their ideal strength and tolerance.

💧 Superior absorption: Our sub-lingual spray format bypasses the digestive tract for rapid uptake and better bioavailability, avoiding the heavy first-pass loss that comes with tablets.

💰 Affordable & long-lasting: Each 9 ml bottle gives around 60 precision sprays, providing up to two months of use – excellent value with no waste.

🌙 Gentle & well-tolerated: Because of its low micro-dosing and efficient absorption, side-effects are minimal, making LDN suitable for long-term wellness and maintenance.

  1. Integrows sublingual LDN spray is the most helpful ‘treatment’ for my Fibromyalgia, I wake up feeling positive about the day ahead – it gives me a boost and changes how my day plays out. I recommend LDN to anyone suffering from any chronic ailment, whether cancer, diabetes, crohns, IBS, and the list goes on – it works by bringing the body into alignment through positive signaling via enhancing neurotransmitters or neurochemicals – dopamine and serotonin. Due to its mode of activity – it helps deal with a multitude of ailments through positive signaling mechanisms. Highly recommended.

  2. No where else in SA can you get this, wonderful product.. has helped with me/cfs long covid symptoms

  3. I love this product. So great as part of my post cancer protocol and a brilliant anti inflammatory and memory aid!

  4. I would like to thank you for the incredible service and wonderful product you supply. I take LDN for arthritis and sciatica pain and it works just swell, if not better than the Diclufenac I took for an extended period and which caused irreversible kidney damage. I have already recommended this product to a couple of other people and hope it brings them the same level of relief it brought me. Oh!! And the psychological effect it has had is almost as profound, calmness, more focused and positive. Thanks once again.

  5. I just received my products hopefully they will make a difference.
