Directions

  • For the VLDN version (Very Low Dose) – each spray delivers 200 µg (0.2 mg) of naltrexone, approximately 60 sprays per bottle.
  • For standard LDN Spray – dosage may vary; follow label instructions.
  • Timing: Many users take the spray at bedtime between 18:00-22:00, to align with endorphin modulation and to avoid potential insomnia if taken later.
  • How to take: Spray under the tongue (or inside the cheek), hold for 30-60 seconds without swallowing immediately, then swallow. Do not eat, drink or brush teeth immediately before or after use to maximise absorption.
  • Initial adjustment period: For first 3 days some users begin before noon to test tolerance (especially with VLDN). From Day 4 onward, evening dosing is recommended for sleep/mood alignment.
  • Note: Do not exceed the recommended number of sprays unless instructed by your practitioner. Monitor your response, adjust timing if sleep disturbance occurs.

How it works

Low-Dose Naltrexone operates via several complementary mechanisms:

  • Microglial modulation & TLR4 antagonism: At low doses, naltrexone antagonises Toll-Like Receptor 4 (TLR4) on microglial cells in the central nervous system, reducing neuro-inflammation, central sensitisation and chronic pain signalling.

  • Transient opioid-receptor blockade → endogenous endorphin rebound: By briefly blocking µ-opioid receptors, the body responds by increasing production of endogenous opioids (endorphins and enkephalins), which support mood, natural pain relief and immune balance.

    Integrows sublingual LDN spray is the most helpful ‘treatment’ for my Fibromyalgia, I wake up feeling positive about the day ahead – it gives me a boost and changes how my day plays out. I recommend LDN to anyone suffering from any chronic ailment, whether cancer, diabetes, crohns, IBS, and the list goes on – it works by bringing the body into alignment through positive signaling via enhancing neurotransmitters or neurochemicals – dopamine and serotonin.     I would like to thank you for the incredible service and wonderful product you supply. I take LDN for arthritis and sciatica pain and it works just swell, if not better than the Diclufenac I took for an extended period and which caused irreversible kidney damage. I have already recommended this product to a couple of other people and hope it brings them the same level of relief it brought me. Oh!!
